GTA 6 100% Completion: What to Expect

Rockstar hasn't published GTA 6's 100% completion requirements — the game isn't out yet. But past GTA games follow a consistent pattern, which tells you a lot about what the road to 100% will likely involve.

Why there's no official checklist yet

A verified 100% checklist can only be built once the game ships and the requirements are known. Any site publishing a "complete GTA 6 100% checklist" today is extrapolating from older games or inventing items. We'd rather show you the real pattern and tell you honestly where the game stands.

How 100% worked in GTA 5

In GTA 5, "100% completion" was a specific, trackable list that unlocked an in-game reward. It combined a handful of categories:

Notably, GTA 5's 100% did not require every collectible (such as the spaceship parts or letter scraps) — those tied into other rewards instead. That distinction matters: "100%" and "collect everything" aren't always the same thing.

What to expect for GTA 6

It's reasonable to expect a similar structure — story completion, a set of side characters, a quota of activities and world events, and a handful of miscellaneous challenges — because Rockstar has used that template for years. That's an expectation based on series history, not a confirmed GTA 6 feature list. The exact categories, counts and reward will be confirmed at or after launch.

Our interactive 100% tracker is in development. When Rockstar confirms the real requirements, the tracker will let you tick off each item and save your progress automatically. Until then we won't ship a checklist built on guesses.
